LeBron James is heading to the NBA Finals again, and former teammate Dwyane Wade sent him a nice shout out

With the Cleveland Cavaliers’ win over the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday night, LeBron James is amazingly headed to his fifth consecutive NBA Finals. Of course, as we all know too well, this entire journey started back in 2010 when he made the Finals with the Miami Heat and one of his best friends, Dwyane Wade.

Well, as the dust was settling on the win for James and the Cavaliers on Tuesday night, Wade sent a nice little shout out to his former teammate on the accomplishment.

That was a nice gesture on the part of Wade, who will not be headed to the NBA Finals for the first time in four years. He partnered with James and Chris Bosh to make the NBA Finals from 2010-14, winning two in a row in 2011 and 2012.

In his little statement here, Wade is echoing the sentiment of James and a lot of other people from Tuesday night in that people truly don’t grasp how difficult it is to get to the NBA Finals. This man has now done it for five consecutive seasons, which is pretty insane when you sit down and think about it.
