Serena Williams and Luсіе Ѕаfаrоvа will face off at Roland Garros in the 2015 French Open women’s final.

Saturday’s French Open women’s final is as great of a David vs. Goliath situation as you’ll ever find in the wide world of sports. Serena Williams, winner of 20-consecutive Grand Slam matches and 19 singles majors, will square off against Lucie Safarova, the world’s thirteenth-ranked player gunning for her first ever singles Grand Slam championship.

While Serena appears to have the clear edge, at least based on experience and historical dominance, this tournament has been an interesting one for both players. Williams has dropped the opening set in four of her five matches at Roland Garros, while Safarova has yet to yield even one set at any point. Beyond that, Williams is coming off a flu that nearly ended her quest for a third Coupe Suzanne Lenglen on Thursday, one that caused her to collapse following her semifinal victory over Timea Bacsinszky.

Safarova is playing some of the best tennis of her career (she’s also in the women’s doubles final), but staring down one of the best players ever at center court of a major is a different kind of animal. Even though she was sick against Bacsinszky, midway through the second set Williams hit another gear – one that you only see in the greats – and absolutely buried her opponent (bageling Bacsinszky in the third). This is one of those watershed “be the best, beat the best” moments for Safarova.

It should be a spectacular event on Saturday morning. Here’s all you need to know so you don’t miss any of the action.
