Tiger Woods has had his struggles on the golf course, but none quite as bad as his 18-hole score during the Memorial Open.

We’ve all seen Tiger Woods struggle on the golf course. Once the clear and decisive best golfer in the world, Tiger Woods has had quite the tragic fall in the sport that he dominated at one point in his career. This fall from grace hit an all-time low this weekend as he posted his worst 18-hole score of his career during the Memorial on Saturday.

At one point in time, Tiger was untouchable on the golf course. His swing was sweeter than anything the world had ever seen. He won 14 majors, his most recent of which came in 2008 at the U.S. Open. But after personal issues surfaced in the media, Woods became visibly more and more frustrated with his play. It soon became clear that he would never be the golfer he once was.

In 2013, he did win the PGA Golfer of the Year award. It seemed he was back on track to winning majors and consistently landing with one of the lowest scores in any tournament he was a part of. Now, he is shooting the worst scores of his career and no one can provide a legitimate reason why his game disappeared more or less over night.

Woods finished with a final score of 302, 14 strokes over par. The day after on Sunday, he shot a 74, which was two over par but still not enough to make up for his tragic Saturday.

At 39 years old, everyone is wondering what’s next for Woods, who doesn’t seem to be getting any younger or any better. Time will tell what is next for Woods’ career, I just hope he doesn’t have any more 14 over par days.
