Arkansas. Bobby Portis. 16. player. 18.
The Boston Celtics have found their savior, and it isn’t anyone on the active playing roster. Coach Brad Stevens has proven he can polish up just about any diamond in the rough and get them to buy into his system. This means that this upcoming draft, they will have to pick someone who has an extremely high ceiling but doesn’t necessarily conflict with the other roster spots they have already filled.

Bobby Portis was an animal at Arkansas. He averaged 17.5 points and 8.9 rebounds per game and was one of the main reasons for their recent success. His tall, long body is perfect for a power forward spot in the Brad Stevens system. Playing a pick-and-pop game with Marcus Smart and Isiah Thomas could prove to be extremely effective on the offensive end. Then on defense, he can definitely protect the rim and block a few shots.
. PF
