3. player. 93.
D’Angelo Russell is hands down the most NBA ready guard in the draft this year. His physical tools are there, he has an extremely high basketball IQ, and when you watch him you can tell the game just comes naturally to him. It’s not everyday you come across this mature of a basketball player in the draft, especially with the one-and-done system becoming so popular in college sports. Russell is this mature basketball player who will 100% not be a bust.

Russell is the player the 76ers need after the recent past the organization has had with the draft. Granted, Joel Embiid and Nerlens Noel are too young to be considered “busts” yet but they are certainly on no sort of path to become NBA All-Stars.

With that being said, they are still viable options for the front court of the 76ers. So drafting a guy like Russell, who will not be a bust, might help these two young players come into their own and start producing like they were once thought capable of.
. PG. Ohio State. D'Angelo Russell
