I haven’t picked any streaming options for this month. That changes today. This article focuses on three streaming options for the June 20 slate of games. I will be focusing on fantasy owners who stream pitchers in their season-long leagues and need to use a pitcher just for the day in order to take the lead he pitching categories. These three pitchers are owned in less than 50 percent of ESPN.com leagues.

Williams Perez, vs. NYM (15.2 percent owned)

Once a relief pitcher, Perez has started in five games over the last 30 days. In three of his last four starts, he has not allowed a run to score. He sits at 3-0 with a 2.29 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 31:19 K:BB ratio. His most recent outing came just two days after earning a save in extra innings. The New York Mets offense has been average at best this month, .250 batting average with 15 home runs and 61 RBI. Without David Wright, the offense does not have the same power as it did earlier in the season. Perez should be able to limit the hits and runs from the Mets and earn his fourth win.

Trevor May, vs. CHC (10.9 percent owned)

Despite losing his last two starts, May has a rebound matchup against the strikeout-heavy Chicago Cubs. He still has a favorable K:BB rate, 58:13 over the season. He has a 4.26 ERA and a 1.27 WHIP. The upside is that his FIP is a full run lower than is ERA at 3.17. If May can continue his control and keep his walks total low, no more than three walks in any start this season, he is a good option on Saturday. The Cubs offense has struck out 140 times this month, 10th-most in the league. May fits the criteria for a perfect streaming pick.

Robbie Ray, vs. SD (15.3 percent owned)

Ray has a better matchup than May and Perez against the Sad Diego Padres. The Padres have the second-most strikeouts in June, 171 in 18 games with a poor .228 batting average. Ray doesn’t get that many strikeouts, but with the offense he’s facing, he should be able to eclipse his season-high five strikeouts. Ray has a 2-1 record with a 1.09 ERA and 0.97 WHIP. If only Ray was a righty, this would be a slam dunk pick. However, the lefty against the right-handed heavy lineup raises my concerns a bit. Regardless, he is one of the best streaming options for those pitchers owned in less than 50 percent of leagues.
