Florida State Seminoles defensive back Jalen Ramsey is considered by many one of the best defensive backs in all of college football, with some thinking that he may indeed be the best overall. Ramsey himself is one of the people that believes he’s the best in the game, but he’s ready to take things a step further when you talk about him.
Ramsey recently posted an Instagram video of himself making one of the plays of the year for Florida State last season when they escaped with a win against the Miami Hurricanes, and he’s here to tell you that he’s not only the best right now, but he’s the best of all-time at what he does.
