The NBA rumor mill is working overtime right about now, as the draft is just a few days away and teams are constantly throwing out bits of information regarding potential trades and picks. Well we have an important rumor to share with you late tonight: George Karl has lost his mind.

A Woj Bomb dropped a few minutes ago, and apparently, George Karl is pushing to get rid of Boogie Cousins.

From Adrian Wojnarowski and Yahoo! Sports:

"Despite Sacramento Kings management’s public insistence that DeMarcus Cousins is unavailable in deals, coach George Karl’s intense desire to trade the All-Star center has made it increasingly unlikely this coach-star partnership can peacefully co-exist next season, league sources told Yahoo Sports.Karl has been recruiting Kings vice president of basketball operations Vlade Divac and multiple players on the Kings’ roster to unite with him in making the case to owner Vivek Ranadive that Cousins needs to be traded, league sources said."

George Karl this is weak as hell! How could you?!?

For as dysfunctional as the Kings have been in the recent decade, there has always been a sliver of hope because of Boogie. He’s just 24 years old and one of the best big men in the game. He’s physically dominant and has tremendous skills and footwork.

Trading him would be the most Kings thing of all time, so it’s what the Kings have to do. And at this point, they don’t really have a choice. Whatever day they eventually trade Cousins away should be the last day of the Kings franchise. Just close up shop. If you’re going to trade a once-in-a-generation talent like Boogie, then what’s the point of even having a team? I’m so sorry, Sacramento.

Let’s let Boogie have the final word tonight. Damn, Boogie, stunt on them haters.
