Which rookies taken in the 2015 NBA Draft will start Opening Night this October?

The 2015 NBA Draft provided plenty of excitement as the best players from college and the international game found new homes in the league.

The draft got started with the Minnesota Timberwolves selecting Karl Anthony-Towns, and that was followed by the Los Angeles Lakers shaking up the draft when they selected D’Angelo Russell. Then the 76ers defied all logic by selecting Jahlil Okafor, while the division rival New York Knicks made the unpopular pick with Kristaps Porzingis.

There were interesting picks such as Frank Kaminsky to Charlotte, Terry Rozier to Boston and Stanley Johnson to Detroit. Each pick in this draft pick seemed to come with its fair share of optimism, and at the same time, its fair share of criticism.

With several big names finding homes and stories being made on draft night, which of the players drafted to new homes will step in and start right away?

The road to starting in the NBA takes a while for most draft prospects as they work their way into rotations and adjust to the speeds of the league. While that is the case for most players joining the league, there are several players talented enough or teams that feel are ready enough to step into their starting lineups.

Will it be Towns in his new home in Minnesota? Will Russell get the nod in Los Angeles? Or will Frank Kaminsky start right away in Charlotte? There are plenty of talented players that will be in the starting lineups for their team come opening night in October.

With opening night months away and free agency coming up, here are eight rookies that will be in the starting lineup on opening night.
