Welcome back to the best place to get fantasy sports advice across multiple sports. Today I am going to give you my best picks and choices for your FanDuel lineups that I can. My advice is based purely on mathematical and statistical analysis and I try to avoid using player biases and so forth.
NOTE: these picks are based solely on statistics. Some players have never faced their opponents, or have very little experience against them. I am not saying that none of those are good picks. This is based on statistical analysis only. If you have a gut feeling, then by all means, follow that. This is not an exact science.
Here are my FanDuel Picks for July 2:

Tyson Ross, Padres ($8,900): Ross comes to us as a decent priced option. He has been solid in his last few starts and gets a fairly tough match-up against the Cardinals. Ross has been pitching well enough lately I think to be successful against the Cardinals and should make for a safe start, but I understand if you want to save some money and go big on hitters.
Wade Miley, Red Sox ($7,600): If you want to save some money and still use a safe pitcher, Miley is the guy I like. He has been pitching solid in his last three starts with over 12 fantasy points in each. He should be a safe bet for at least ten fantasy points as that was how he did last time against the Blue Jays.

Alcides Escobar, Royals ($2,500): Escobar is a solid option with a very cheap price for the games. He has been excellent against Kyle Gibson with a .471 batting average and should be a safe bet to hit against him. He has also been swinging the bat well as of late with a .364 average over the last two weeks. This pick will allow us to go even bigger with our outfielders.
Edwin Encarnacion, Blue Jays ($4,000): Encarnacion is always a nice guy to roll with in a daily fantasy baseball lineup as he can go yard almost every swing. He is swinging the bat well lately and is another guy who has been solid against his opposing pitcher even in only four at bats. He is 3/4 against Miley and should be able to get on base for us.
Next: FanDuel Outfield Hitter Options
Jun 20, 2015; Washington, DC, USA; Washington Nationals right fielder Bryce Harper (34) is congratulated by third base coach Bob Henley (14) after hitting a solo home run against the Pittsburgh Pirates during the fourth inning at Nationals Park. Mandatory Credit: Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports
Outfield Hitter Options:
Alex Gordon, Royals ($2,400): Alex Gordon is available to us at a very nice price of $2,400. He has been pllaying well enough lately for drafting consideration and also has a nice career record against Gibson. He is batting .357 against him with a home run and 4 RBI. Using a player that is safe and cheap like this will again free us up some more money to spend on the big name guys who are easy to pick.
Bryce Harper, Nationals ($5,100): Bryce Harper is the reward for all of the money that we have saved throughout our draft here. I don’t really have any hard evidence that says he will do well, but the truth of the matter is that there are no crystal balls for baseball or any sport. All we can do is make our best educated guesses and hope that the numbers do what we expect them to do.
As always we thank you for stopping by and wish you FanDuelers the best of luck!
