Western Conference. Orlando Magic. 22. player. 38.
There was a period of time where the Orlando Magic looked like they might pop into the upper echelon of the NBA. Both times they lost the big man who was making them so successful and they fell to shambles.

Even though there has been endless disappointment in Orlando, the Magic have boasted some rosters that make other franchises blush. Just like the Sonics, putting together the best Magic lineup of all-time provides the basketball world with an exciting and entertaining roster of talent.

<span style=. 1989 - Present

PG. Penny Hardaway was looking like he might be the best great superstar to join the cream of the crop in the 1990s. A bad run of injuries held him back from acheiving that, but if the Magic have him at his prime on their all-time roster, he instantly becomes unstoppable.. Point Guard. Orlando Magic. PENNY HARDAWAY

TRACY MCGRADY. SG. Tracy McGrady is another Magic star in a long line of stars who never really developed into the player he was supposed to be but that didn’t stop him from being special in his prime. Put that McGrady on a roster with Shaq, Penny, Horace Grant and Grant Hill and that’s a lineup he can flourish in or at least contribute to the way we all expected him to without those pieces in place. . Shooting Guard. Orlando Magic

Orlando Magic. GRANT HILL. SF. He had some of his best years in Detroit, but Grant Hill turned in a great second half of his career with the Orlando Magic. He was a leader the team needed and would be an excellent piece to have alongside McGrady and Penny as far as the Magic offense is concerned.. Small Forward

Power Forward. Orlando Magic. HORACE GRANT. PF. He made a big name for himself with the Bulls, but Horace Grant was a stud for the Magic in the later years of his career and he’s someone who would help anchor the frontcourt alongside Shaq in the paint. Those two are a deadly duo, and Grant is someone Magic fans can attest to his legacy.

Center. Orlando Magic. SHAQUILLE O'NEAL. C. He didn’t make an appearance on the Lakers all-time roster, but Shaq was a star before that. He was Orlando’s first mega superstar and had he stayed, who knows if he would have won a title there. He is the greatest player the Magic have ever had and he deserves a spot on the all-time roster over Dwight Howard, as Shaq in his prime is just unbelievable.
