A look at the format for the Little League World Series that will be taking place later on here in the month of August

We’ve now entered the month of August, which means that it’s time for one of the anticipated sporting events of the entire year, the Little League World Series. Every year, some of the best young baseball teams from around the world gather in Williamsport, Pa. to take part in this amazing tournament.

That’s exactly what this is as well, a tournament. The field is split into two sides, with the United States eventually crowning a champion and the International side crowning a new champion. When all is said and done, the United States Champion takes on the International Champion in one game to decide who will be called World Champions.

Of course, with this being a tournament format, there’s a bracket to go along with all the action. You can view that bracket below, and if you’d like your own printable version, all you have to do is click on the picture.
