Kevin Durant missed most of last season dealing with various injuries, which was pretty sucky. In preparation for the upcoming season, however, he’s decided to get some practice in by taking on some kids one-on-one at his basketball camp.

This is where the fun ended for the small children.

Let’s start with this kid (sporting some nifty kicks, by the way), who tries crossing-up KD before hurtling some trash toward the rim. NOT SO FAST, CHILD.

The bobble on the kid’s gather cost him dearly.

Next up, we have another kid try and test Durant’s surgically-repaired right foot by boldly opting for the step-back three. Let’s see how that worked out for him:

NOT SO WELL. Durant could’ve blocked that one with his face if he’d wanted.

I’ll give KD’s third victim a little credit. He actually shows a nice little hesitation move followed by a quick release on the long ball. Gotta try and get the NBA superstar when he doesn’t see it coming, ya know? Regardless, his attempt still ended in tragedy:

Props for promptly walking away, kid.

The next contestant used his Kyle Anderson-esque speed to try and beat Durant going left. He fails to get Durant to bite on the pump-fake before hoisting a shot. You can just feel this poor child’s sense of impending embarrassment:

And finally, the last camper just tries the give-up of all give-up moves. Fully aware he has no hope of getting anywhere near the bucket, he just takes a dribble to his left and jacks up a 30-footer. LET IT FLY, YOUNG SWAGGY:

Kevin Durant’s still mad about last season, you guys.
