Mike Vick tried to support Geno Smith after his jaw was broken, but might of accidentally and hilariously trolled him in the process.

The New York Jets have an unfortunate crisis on their hands now, quarterback Geno Smith is out 6-10 weeks after a teammate broke his jaw with a “sucker punch.” Former teammate Michael Vick tried to tweet out a message of support, but might have unintentionally trolled Smith in the process.

Vick meant it as a show of support, but the getting knocked down line about Smith who presumably was knocked out or down by the punch is just too hilarious of a coincidence.

This seems like something a Patriots fan would tweet to Geno Smith in a tongue and cheek manner, not something a friend would’ve actually sent. Vick could’ve probably chosen a better motivational quote.

Makes you wonder if the Jets are considering bringing Vick back now that Smith is out. Vick has been trying to stay in shape and ready for when, and if, his number is called.
