Jameis Winston scores first NFL touchdown (Video)

Jameis Winston scrambled and found the end zone for his first NFL touchdown as a Tampa Bay Buccaneer.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie quarterback Jameis Winston has had some ups and downs in his NFL debut. He hit Vincent Jackson for a huge pass downfield, then he followed it up with an interception.
It is just a preseason game and Winston isn’t expected to be perfect.
Winston did manage ton find the end zone in the first half, scoring a touchdown for the Buccaneers. They probably would’ve preferred that he threw for a touchdown but seeing him able to think on his feet, scramble out of the pocket, find the end zone and avoid the hit all has to be reassuring to the Buccaneers fans.
Winston might need to rely on his legs more than he liked with the way the Buccaneers offensive line looks this season.
On the other hand, the Vikings quarterbacks have looked spectacular against the Tampa Bay defense. It is just the first week of the preseason, but the Bucs could be headed back towards the top of the draft again.
