NFL 2015: Ranking the 32 offenses
32. Tennessee Titans
Ranking the worst offense was fairly easy. The Tennessee Titans might stun us all in 2015, but it would take this offense having more than a few players stepping up from seemingly out of nowhere. Tennessee is starting a rookie quarterback in Marcus Mariota who has absolutely no experience running a pro-style offense while the running game is non-existent.
Tennessee has a competent offensive line, but the rest of this group is completely uninspiring. Kendall Wright is a good receiver but that is all they have on the outside unless second-round pick Dorial Green-Beckham can prove that he should have been a top-10 selection. Justin Hunter is looking like a bust and Nate Washington moved on in free agency, leaving a void.
Ultimately, this whole unit comes down to Mariota. If the Heisman Trophy winner struggles to push the ball down the field, this offense will go weeks without cracking 10 points. Head coach Ken Whisenhunt is a good offensive mind, but you can only do so much with the cards you are dealt. Mariota is going to deal with growing pains, and this offense will be terrible.
