29. Houston Texans

Oh look, another AFC South team. If you have the choice of watching a game between two AFC South teams not named the Indianapolis Colts, you might want to turn away from the television. This offense would have ranked a few spots higher but the groin injury and subsequent surgery for running back Arian Foster absolutely crushes this team.

Houston needed Foster to have a huge year to both move the chains and take the pressure off of the starting quarterback, whether it is Brian Hoyer or Ryan Mallett. Mallett stands the best chance to win the job because the Texans traded to acquire him and he is younger at 27 years old, but is he really the answer? Mallett was decent in his two starts (that he played the whole game in) last year, recording a 1-1 mark.

The Texans also lost Andre Johnson after releasing him for cap reasons this offseason, leaving the quarterback a receiving corps of Cecil Shorts and Nate Washington behind DeAndre Hopkins. Hopkins is a star in the making, but the rest of the offense is terrible beyond words.
