Steph Curry had an unbelievable season, leading the Golden State Warriors to their first championship since 1975, and winning the MVP award in the process. Unfortunately, with that level of success comes a certain lack of privacy.

Going out in public becomes almost a chore. The pestering for pictures and autographs and a few second audience must get overwhelming. It’s not the one person here or there, but rather the collective non-stop wave of attention that wears you down. Oh, and the people that follow you for 30 miles in your car in an attempt to get an autograph. That wears you down as well.

I…I just…I don’t know. How do you think that’s a good idea? Let’s just stop and think this one through for a minute. What if this was me, and I had the chance to stalk Steph Curry for an autograph.

Best case scenario:

  • Steph stops and gives me an autograph because he admires my dedication so much.
  • Steph becomes my best friend.
  • Steph gives me a million dollars.
  • Have a wicked embarrassing story to tell about the time I got an autograph after stalking an NBA player.

Worst case scenario:

  • Steph clowns me on Twitter dot com.
  • Steph calls the police.
  • The police arrest me.
  • I go to jail.
  • I have a wicked embarrassing story to tell about the time I went to jail for stalking an NBA player.

Hmm. Makes you think.
