Kendall Wright-Tennessee Titans

Another top receiver for his team that should draw plenty of targets is WR Kendall Wright of Tennessee. Wright has been on the fringes of fantasy football WR relevancy for the last few years, but poor QB play has limited his production.

This offseason, the Titans hope they solved their QB problem by drafting Marcus Mariota who can be expected to have his ups-and-downs in this his rookie season. However, one thing that seems certain so far in camp is that Wright is his go-to receiver.

Wright had a down season last year dropping to a career-low in catches with 57 in his 14 games and only managing 715 yards.  Two years ago, he played all 16 games and caught 94 games for 1,079 yards.  If Mariota can be decent, Wright should be lined up for a bounce back year and has reportedly looked good in training camp.

If you can get Wright at the end of your draft, you’re getting a safe option. There’s little risk that he’ll be a total bust like he was last year, although he does have a limited ceiling based on Mariota’s adjustment to the NFL as well.  You can currently grab Wright as your WR5 although I think he’ll end up with WR3 totals by the end of the season.
