Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler showed no remorse for human life as he smashed into Indianapolis Colts cornerback Greg Toler.
Jay Cutler may not be the most popular athlete in the city of Chicago right now, but if there is one thing that everyone can appreciate, it is a player that gives his all. Well Jay Cutler did just that, and damn near killed himself and the other guy on his way to a touchdown.
As Cutler scrambled toward the goal line, he showed great footwork sidestepping one defender. Cutler then had only one man to beat in Indianapolis Colts defender Greg Toler. Rather than playing it safe and getting out of harms way, Cutler decided he was going to lower the boom and open up a can on his way into the end zone.
Cutler buried the shoulder and smacked Toler as he fell just short of the goal line.
It might be just preseason, but Cutler isn’t messing around and is trying to lead by example. That example obviously is running like a crazy man and forgetting that you’re the most important position on the roster.
In a strange turn of events, the guy he smashed into, Greg Toler, would leave the game with a neck injury.
They announced in press box that Greg Toler has a neck injury. He’s the guy Jay Cutler ran over.

Hell hath no fury like a Cutler scramble.
