Five fantasy football sleepers to keep an eye out for in Week 1.

By now the majority of us have drafted our fantasy teams (some just one, some many, many more), set up our FanDuel, DraftKings and other Daily Fantasy lineups as well as started to look at our regular league lineups.

Of course, there are as many different types of leagues (daily, keeper, dynasty, contract, point per reception) as there are cookies in the world so no list or advice is one sized fits all.

Especially when you get past the obvious advice like “Start Aaron Rodgers” or “Adrian Peterson is a good play.” You know all that stuff. You know to start your studs and, unless you have Le’Veon Bell or someone suspended, you didn’t spend a high pick on these guys to have them on your bench during Week 1.

Alternatively, of course you can’t predict things like injuries which could ruin a game for you—that’s just the price of doing business. Like the man said, you pay your money, you take your chances.

Where it gets tricky is when you start looking at your deeper players. Your No. 2 or 3 running back. Your fourth wide receiver. Alternately, it can be tough to find value for your Daily Fantasy Leagues as well. If you spend your money on Aaron Rodgers or Calvin Johnson, what are safe, cheaper players with the upside to carry you to victory?

Today we’re going to go over some sleeper picks for either your yearlong redraft league or your daily fantasy leagues. Some will work better for one or the other, but really they should work well for both.

Here are the top five sleeper picks for this week.
