J.J. Wilcox whipped out his boomstick and absolutely leveled Odell Beckham Jr. late in the first quarter of Sunday night’s game at AT&T Stadium. ODB never fully had control of the ball, though at first it looked like Wilcox’s lick knocked it loose, and the Giants would proceed to march down the field for a score. Nonetheless, the big hit was a highlight of the game and one of those moments that would’ve shown up on Jacked Up if ESPN still aired the segment.

According to Cowboys beat writer David Helman, the impact was so great that it actually broke Wilcox’s nose. Moreover, Beckham Jr. reportedly claimed it was the hardest he had ever been hit.

Down 10 in the fourth quarter, Dallas would engineer two quick, efficient touchdown drives in the game’s final five minutes to pull out a victory over its division rival. The nail in the coffin was an 11-yard strike from Tony Romo to Jason Witten with seven seconds remaining.

The Giants will host the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, September 20 for their home-opener. Meanwhile, the Cowboys will hit the road to face another divisional foe, the Philadelphia Eagles, at Lincoln Financial Field.
