Von Miller called Travis Kelce a ‘fake Gronk’
By Mike Dyce
Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller rag dolled Travis Kelce and called him a fake “Gronk.”
The Denver Broncos pulled off a shocking win over the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead Stadium on Thursday night, in part thanks to a final minute fumble from Jamaal Charles.
The Broncos weren’t done taking shots at the Chiefs after the game either. Broncos linebacker Von Miller called Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce a “fake Gronk.”
Kelce had an incredible performance in the season-opener and a lot of fantasy football owners saw him as the second best tight end in the league behind just Rob Gronkowski of the New England Patriots.
In the tweet where Miller calls out Kelce – and give him props for actually using his Twitter handle in it – he also linked to a Complex story about him throwing Kelce like a sack of potatoes.
What might make this more impressive is the fact that Miller was down on a knee with Kelce on top of him. Not only did Miller stand up while Kelce tried to keep him down, he then rag dolled Kelce like Ronda Rousey does to so many opponents.
