A New York Mets fan made an epic hype video as they make a push for the postseason.

The New York Mets are sitting atop the National League East with an eight-game lead in the division and look like they’re headed to the postseason. In anticipation of their return to the postseason, a Mets fan has made an epic hype video about October 2015.

It starts off with a recounting of their seasons in the past, the St. Louis Cardinals eliminating the Mets, then the Florida Marlins, highlighting years of torture and suffering.

It also features the song “The Funeral” by the Band of Horses, which How I Met Your Mother fans will remember for its extensive use towards the end of the series.

Then it takes the inevitable upturn, recapping their successful 2015 run. Even if you’re not a Mets fan, this video will get your blood pumping. Unless of course you’re a fan of an NL East team, in that regard, look away.
