Welcome back for the third installment of the NFL quarterback rankings. There was plenty of movement this week, after we watching Peyton Manning, Matt Ryan and Derek Carr play great, while Alex Smith, Ryan Tannehill and Kirk Cousins were absolutely horrific.

Last week, we ranked Mark Sanchez above Sam Bradford. This week, Bradford begins his long climb back to respectability after taking down the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium. In his place comes Jimmy Clausen, who is offensive to every sense.

Without further adieu, here are the 2015 Week 3 NFL quarterback rankings:

Tyler Palko Division

32. Jimmy Clausen

Damon and Brock Huard Division

31. Josh McCown and Luke McCown

Patrick Ramsey Division

30. Brandon Weeden

It is pretty clear that the Dallas Cowboys must run the ball for a ton of yardage until Tony Romo comes back in a few months. Otherwise, Dallas has absolutely no shot of making the playoffs, even with the NFC East looking horrible.

29. Colin Kaepernick

When do the San Francisco 49ers just pull the plug? Kaepernick threw four interceptions against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, including two pick-sixes in the first quarter. Kaepernick simply can’t go through progressions.

28. Sam Bradford

Tim Couch Division

27. Ryan Mallett

This is a classic case of a quarterback with a ton of arm strength who wows scouts, but it does not translate. Mallett is terrific if the receiver breaks open and the pocket is clean. The second Mallett needs to fit the ball into a spot or feels pressure, it’s all over.

26. Michael Vick

25. Ryan Fitzpatrick

24. Jameis Winston

23. Kirk Cousins

Tavaris Jackson Division

22. Cam Newton

21. Teddy Bridgewater

Everybody expected Bridgewater to have a breakout season after looking promising as a rookie in 2014. Instead, Bridgewater is not producing, averaging less than 200 passing yards per game with a touchdown and two interceptions.

20. Alex Smith

Smith was beyond horrific in the Kansas City Chiefs’ loss to the Green Bay Packers on Monday. Smith ended up throwing for 290 yards, but almost all of it came in garbage time. In fairness to Smith, he has been sacked a league-high 13 times. Yet, even with time, the ball is always to a safety valve. It’s embarrassing.

Vinny Testaverde Division

19. Blake Bortles

18. Joe Flacco

17. Nick Foles

16. Ryan Tannehill
