Browns at Chargers: Full highlights, final score
The San Diego Chargers were able to win a wild 30-27 game over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday afternoon at Qualcomm Stadium. San Diego won the contest on a 34-yard field goal off the foot of rookie kicker Josh Lambo. Lambo missed the original 39-yard field goal, but the Browns were offsides.
Shockingly, the running backs on both sides played heavily into the outcome. San Diego do-it-all man Danny Woodhead caught four passes for 84 yards while racking up another 54 rushing yards on eight carries. Meanwhile, Cleveland ran for 100 yards with Isaiah Crowell churning out 63 yards for 5.2 yards per carry.

Three Stars
1. Philip Rivers
Rivers was sublime against the Browns, taking advantage of Joe Haden’s absence. Rivers completed 23-of-38 passes for 358 yards and three touchdowns, beating Cleveland consistently down the field. The Chargers needed Rivers to drive them down the field at the end, and he did not disappoint.
2. Josh McCown
McCown was terrific, keeping the Browns alive for the most of the game. McCown hit on 32-of-41 passes for 356 yards and two touchdowns and no interceptions. Cleveland had chances to win the game but could not come up with a stop at the end to force overtime.
3. Duke Johnson
Johnson is a good-looking rookie for Cleveland. The running back caught a team-high nine passes for 85 yards out of the backfield while rushing for another 31 yards on eight carries.

San Diego was favored was five points and did not cover the spread.

The Chargers will host the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday night while the Browns take on the Denver Broncos in the Mile High City.
