Welcome back to Last night in the WNBA Playoffs, a running post you’ll see throughout the next month or so as we march towards the crowning of a new WNBA champion.

Minnesota Lynx 80 – Indiana Fever 77 (Lynx lead 2-1)

Well this was prophetic.

Even before “The Shot”, this game was an absolute classic. Back and forth the whole way, big shots from each team, clutch performances off the bench, it had everything.

Simply Tamika.

Shenise Johnson was feeling it in the second quarter, dropping 11 of the Fever’s 23 points in the frame.

Hey look, George Hill and his wild hair were in the house.

Sylvia Fowles has been dominant all series long for the Lynx, taking advantage of her huge size advantage inside. And last night was more of the same, as she put up another double double with 11 and 11.

It was nice of Maya to give us a little preview of what would happen later. Ooh, watch me, watch me. Ooh, watch me, watch me.

OH. IT’S. LIT.

ICONIC.
