Tim Duncan is fantastic.

Tim Duncan is an unquestioned first-ballot Hall of Fame selection.

Tim Duncan is the greatest power forward of all-time.

The three statements above are all, at least in my mind, plainly accurate, and Duncan’s place in history is secure. Though the San Antonio Spurs suffered a first-round exit in the 2015 NBA Playoffs, the now 39-year-old Duncan was excellent throughout the season, and even amid whispers that he may ride off into the sunset, it is hard to believe that Duncan can consider retirement given his current level of play.

Still, any 39-year-old who chooses to retire would not be met with criticism or skepticism, and for long-time Duncan fans, the reality that he will soon fade away exists. In that vein, we will examine the 25 most memorable moments of Tim Duncan’s career in this space, and given that the former Wake Forest standout has reigned over the NBA for nearly two decades, there are plenty of choices.
