After Greg Hardy controversially got physical in a special teams huddle, Katie Nolan skewered the Cowboys for not holding him accountable or helping him.

Greg Hardy has been making quite the scene since joining the Dallas Cowboys. Despite everything he’s done off the field and on the field, the Dallas Cowboys seem to have no problem with Hardy or his actions.

On the latest episode of Garbage Time with Katie Nolan, Nolan skewered the Cowboys organization for the way they have handled the Hardy situation and for not helping him when he clearly needs it.

As Nolan points out in the video, it goes all the way to the top with owner Jerry Jones calling him a leader and head coach Jason Garrett seeing nothing wrong in his actions on the field.

Nolan’s points in the video are spot on. For as deplorable the actions Hardy has committed are, it’s clear he needs help and the Cowboys are enabling him until he’s no longer able to get sacks. At that point, Nolan says that they will just push him out the door when he has nothing left to provide.

She references Brandon Marhsall, who suffered from borderline personality disorder and had issues of his own, which he fought hard to resolve. Marshall this week, acknowledged that he doesn’t think Hardy gets just how serious what he’s doing is.

Everyone knows at this point what Hardy has done, but if the Cowboys aren’t getting him the help that he needs, like Nolan points out, it’s going to end very badly for Hardy.
