The Baylor Bears clocked in at No. 6 in the first College Football Playoff ranking, and fans ere none too pleased with that.

When the first College Football Playoff rankings were released on Tuesday, we knew that there was going to be some controversy and some unhappy fans. Baylor Bears fans are getting used to not being pleased with the CFB Playoff rankings, and that continued from the very last rankings in 2014 to the first rankings of 2015.

Clemson, LSU, Ohio State and Alabama rounded out the first four teams in the College Football Playoffs, with Notre Dame being the first team out. That meant Baylor was the sixth team in the rankings — something fans were not happy about.

Needless to say, Baylor fans were a little perplexed as to why their team dropped to No. 6 in the first College Football Playoff ranking.

Baylor still has time to climb into the First Four, but their strength of schedule could end up being something that kills their chances — which might continue to influence scheduling reform in College Football.
