Cincinnati is already 2-0 in the AFC North having already beaten the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens on the road. Meanwhile, Cleveland has only played one divisional game, beating Baltimore in Charm City.

The Browns are 2-6 and coming into the game with Johnny Manziel at quarterback. Josh McCown has been banged around something fierce throughout the first half of the season and is not expected to be fully healthy by Thursday night. Manziel has not started any games this season, but has looked good in reserve duty. Manziel made his first career start against Cincinnati last year at home and was shut out.

The Bengals will provide plenty of weapons to bother the Browns with, leading with receiver A.J. Green. Green will likely be matched up against Joe Haden, one of the top corners in the game. Haden has always been tough on Green, but this seems to be a new Bengals offense thanks to the emergence of quarterback Andy Dalton. Dalton has been much more aggressive, finding Green and Marvin Jones down the field.

This is one of the most underrated rivalries in the league, long known locally as the Battle of Ohio.
