Philadelphia news crew stomps on Cowboys’ star

A Philadelphia news crew stomped on a Dallas Cowboys star as a street sweeper tried to throw it away.

The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles are set to clash this weekend and that means antics between bitter rivals. One Philadelphia news team took it to the streets, putting a Dallas Cowboys star out on the sidewalk so pedestrians could trample it.

Well, that is until the guy sweeping the streets decided to clean it up off the street. That is when the traffic man abandoned his broadcast to run outside and retrieve the star from the trash can.

He then returns it to the sidewalk, gets the street sweeper to stomp on it and then has a bus run it over.

"Stomping On The Star was fun UNTIL the trash man tried to take it while LIVE ON TV. …even involves a SEPTA Bus. Take a look…. FOX 29Posted by Bob Kelly FOX 29 on Friday, November 6, 2015"

Is it any surprise this guy comes from the same city that booed Santa Claus? This is a lot of effort to try and troll your rival team in a sports league that shouldn’t matter this much.

Of course, it was more entertaining than what he was planning on doing and made this traffic segment one of the more exciting segments for a change, which was probably because of the lack of talk about the traffic.
