Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall are both active today for the New York Jets as the Jets look to snap their two game losing streak against Jacksonville

The New York Jets (4-3) have dropped two straight games, but got some good news as they try to snap that streak on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars (2-5). The Jets expect both of their starting receivers, Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker to be active in the contest.

Decker had been listed as probable with a knee injury and Marshall has been battling an ankle and toe injury which had him listed as questionable. On the season, Decker has 30 receptions for 393 yards and five touchdowns while Marshall has already brought in 50 receptions and 686 yards to go along with his four touchdown grabs.

New York has been one of the surprise teams in the league this season and both the receivers are a huge reason for their early success. Having them both in the lineup greatly increases their chances against the struggling Jags. The Jets also look to have their rookie receiver Devin Smith back in the lineup as well, after he missed the game last week against Oakland. The rookie from Ohio State has only played in three games so far this season and recorded just six receptions for 60 yards with no touchdowns yet.

With Ryan Fitzpatrick set to start as well after practicing fully this week, the Jets are looking like a team close to full strength in the middle of the season. Fitzpatrick has a torn ligament in his non-throwing hand but should be good to go while wearing a protective glove.
