New York Giants defensive lineman Jason Pierre-Paul is making hits return to the team on Sunday and he has a pretty badass club hand

The New York Giants are taking on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, and of course a lot of people will be watching for the return of Giants defensive lineman Jason Pierre-Paul. As we all know, back on the 4th of July, Paul suffered a pretty horrific fireworks injury that basically mangled his hand.

Still, despite the injury, he was eventually able to rehab and get cleared to make his return to the football field. However, given the injury that he did suffer, he of course has to wear something to protect that mangled hand of his.

Basically, as we found out moments ago, he basically has a club for a hand now.

It does look a little odd, yes, but it’s necessary given what happened a few months ago. Basically, Pierre-Paul became the poster boy for not to play with fireworks, so now he has to play with the club on his hand.

If he can get back to making plays on the defensive side of the ball, though, people will probably forget that it’s even there in no time.
