It was a day of ridiculous dunks in Los Angeles, as the Clippers’ Paul Pierce found DeAndre Jordan for an incredible lob into a reverse slam.

The Detroit Pistons really are learning the hard way, that the Los Angeles Clippers can throw an insane lob at will almost anytime that they want to.

It doesn’t matter the spot on the floor, the Clippers will find a way to throw up some monster lobs, thus is why they are nicknamed “Lob City.”

Well the city was alive and well on Saturday, during their matinee with the Pistons. When Blake Griffin was backing down Anthony Tolliver, he saw his teammate Paul Pierce wide open for three.

Well just when it looked like Pierce was going to shoot a three, he saw DeAndre Jordan wide open by the hoop. Pierce followed by sending a line drive of a lob right at Jordan, who slammed it home with a reverse slam.

The Clippers have slammed home plenty of ridiculous lobs before, but this one is just absolutely ridiculous.

Pierce for all intents and purposes, fired the basketball like a fastball, which alone would have made it tough for anyone to get their hands on. Well that didn’t phase Jordan, who finished it off in impressive style with the reverse two-handed slam.
