Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford has been diagnosed with a concussion

The Philadelphia Eagles lost starting quarterback Sam Bradford during the game on Sunday and he did not return. The Eagles announced after the game that Bradford had been diagnosed with a concussion.

After Bradford exited the game, Mark Sanchez filled in for him and was serviceable in his place. Sanchez completed 14 of 23 passes for 156 yards and unfortunately, an interception.

If you have Bradford on your fantasy team you’re already a bold person, but there might not be too much to panic about. Bradford figures to be out for at least one week with the concussion but not necessarily any time beyond that.

If Sanchez’s performance is an indicator for what we can expect from him, he might not be a reliable option as a replacement in the meantime.

For Eagles fans, there is no need to panic Bradford should be back under center shortly and the Sanchez era will be brief. Fortunately, the NFC East is still mediocre.
