Michael Floyd showed incredible concentration by standing on his tiptoes for a 27-yard touchdown catch.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd has been on fire during the past few weeks and has overcome a slow start to his 2015 season. He continued his hot streak with a 27-yard touchdown catch on Sunday Night Football against the Seattle Seahawks. This gave the Cardinals their first touchdown of the game in the second quarter. Here is a video of Floyd planting both of his feet in the end zone just before stepping out for a fantastic catch.

Floyd has now caught a touchdown pass for the fourth consecutive week, and he has also compiled at least 50 receiving yards in each of those games, assuming he can gain at least two more yards later in this game. Floyd is still looking to justify his first-round pick status after being picked with the 13th overall pick in 2012. He has shown promise at times but has looked like a draft bust at other times, but he is giving Cardinals fans further reassurance that he can take the reins from Larry Fitzgerald once his contract expires in 2018.

The Cardinals are on the right track to minimizing the Seahawks’ chances of storming back to win their third consecutive NFC West title, as they would improve to 7-2 with a win. The Seahawks are 4-4 and will be in even more danger of missing the playoffs if they lose. Unless the Seahawks can bounce back in similar fashion to their 2014 season, a third consecutive NFC title appears to be out of the question for them.
