Miami Hurricanes

The Miami Hurricanes have sort of been like USC in a few ways. They once ruled college football, only to see their run end thanks to their own doing. Still, like USC, Miami has had talent and continues to produce talent, but they haven’t been able to put it together consistently.

While this might not be a top choice for Kelly, it would be a very good option and one that would without a doubt bring excitement back to Miami football. He could bring back a dominant offense and even more great talent to a Hurricanes program that always seems a notch or two below competing with Florida State and Clemson.

While they may not be on par with a North Carolina at the moment, they have the championship pedigree and history that still makes them an appealing option to coaches in search of a job.

Miami is a proud school with a proud football tradition just waiting to rise once more. Chip Kelly is going to bring success wherever he goes. If he could take the Hurricanes back to a dominating force, then he would be considered one of the all-time great college coaches.

Miami has been stuck in their ways with a pro-style offense, but it might time to change it up to a different philosophy. Chip Kelly can bring an offense to the Hurricanes the likes of one they have never seen. To get a coach like Chip Kelly, the Hurricanes would have to be willing to favor a new style of offense. They would be insane not to in this situation.

With Chip Kelly, they might just become the top team in Florida again.
