Doug Baldwin outdid himself by making the most spectacular and clutch play of the game with an 80-yard touchdown catch.

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin had himself quite a game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he became the hero in the fourth quarter with two touchdown catches. He made his third touchdown the charm after taking a catch 80 yards to the house, and he shook off two Steelers defenders before running a clear path to the end zone. Here is a video of Baldwin channeling his inner Beast Mode for this game-sealing touchdown.

The Seahawks previously trailed, 27-26, at the beginning of the fourth quarter before responding with two touchdowns of their own. Baldwin capitalized on the Seahawks holding the Steelers to a field goal, which trimmed the Seahawks’ lead to two points. Baldwin’s amazing play gave the Seahawks a 39-30 lead, and quarterback Russell Wilson increased his total of touchdown passes to five on the day.

Baldwin increased his statistics to six catches for 145 yards and three touchdowns on the day, which marks the best game of his career. Since joining the Seahawks as an undrafted free agent, Baldwin has become a key weapon in the Seahawks’ passing offense. The Seahawks are also managing to employ a two-dimensional offense with Thomas Rawls replacing the injured Marshawn Lynch as the starting running back.

The Seahawks have improved their record to 6-5 with this crucial win, keeping their extremely slim NFC West title chances and relatively solid playoff chances alive. The Steelers have fallen to 6-5 with this loss, severely decreasing any chance they have of stealing the AFC North from the Cincinnati Bengals.
