NFL Mock Draft 2016 – Week 12 edition

Juicing up for the 2016 NFL Draft following Week 12 of the season with a gorgeous mock.

Let’s just jump right into this bad rascal, shall we. What in the hell is going on out here this season? Seriously, what in the hell is going on in the National Football League?

Sure, there are some constants: Browns suck, Patriots are good, Peyton Manning’s blood freezes when weather dips below 60 degrees, Giants live in Middle Earth – between no playoffs or Super Bowl titles.

But on the other hand there’s a big ball of nonsense cluttering up the middle of the league. The Green Bay Packers were once thought to be a shoe-in for the NFC Championship Game; now they might not even win the NFC North. Oh hello, Minnesota Vikings; apparently you can still win games through a stout defense and strong running game.

And while the Packers are falling flat, their showing is nothing compared to the Indianapolis Colts. Are we really to believe that Indy is a more potent team when Mat Hasselbeck is under center instead of Andrew Luck. Sweet Jesus, man. What a world.

The San Francisco 49ers have pretty much reached the bottom of the barrel. The Raiders have a legit offense. And the NFC South, last year’s whipping boy of a division, now has a team in the Carolina Panthers that could legitimately run the undefeated table.

Come NFL Draft time, things will be mighty interesting. This year’s class is stocked with Pro Bowl-caliber talent – most notably in the defensive secondary, linebacking corps and offensive and defensive lines.
