Gerald Green might have just become the first human to take flight.

Gerald Green just put down the dunk of the year. It’s not even a contest, as Green literally took flight and glided through the air gracefully as he slammed home a dunk that brought everyone in the arena to their feet with a raucous energy fueling them.

With the Cleveland Cavaliers, minus LeBron, in town, there was already a big energy in the air, as the two top Eastern Conference teams got set to do battle.

Well, Green made sure to make a statement for the Miami Heat. Standing in the corner, Green caught a pass and absolutely faked out Richard Jefferson. With a wide open path to the hoop, that’s when Green decided to take flight and drop one of the most savage dunks that has been seen.

Just look as he flies through the air.

Timofey Mozgov knows better than to get in his way and just watches as Green throws down the vicious dunk. Everyone knows that Green can fly, but to see him have his head above the rim, makes this dunk even more amazing.

When Green takes off, it’s best to get out of his way.
