Chiefs at Raiders: Odds, trends and more
How to bet the Kansas City Chiefs at Oakland Raiders.
The Chiefs and Raiders used to be one of the best rivalries in the National Football League. For years, it was one of the premiere games of the league every time it came on the schedule. However, over the last 20 years, the two teams have never been good at the same time. Finally, that seems to be changing.
Oakland is 5-6 and hosting 6-5 Kansas City, with the Chiefs being a three-point favorite at the O.co Coliseum. The OVER/UNDER has been placed at 45, according to OddsShark.

The Raiders are the underdogs mostly because the defense has been poor throughout the season. The Raiders have ranked in the bottom third of the league in pass and overall defense, something that has cost them a litany of games. Against the Chiefs, Oakland is facing an improving passing game with Alex Smith throwing to tight end Travis Kelce and receiver Jeremy Maclin.
The Chiefs have won five straight games and have the easiest remaining schedule in the NFL. After this week, Kansas City plays three of its final four games at home, including all four contests against teams with losing records entering Week 13.
As for trends, Kansas City has covered the spread in each game during its winning streak, while Oakland has also beaten the spread in four of six. The Raiders have struggled at home losing 12 of their previous 17 games.
