The Raiders are the underdogs mostly because the defense has been poor throughout the season. Against the Chiefs, Oakland is facing an improving passing game with Alex Smith throwing to tight end Travis Kelce and receiver Jeremy Maclin.

The Chiefs have won five straight games and have the easiest remaining schedule in the NFL. After this week, Kansas City plays three of its final four games at home, including all four contests against teams with losing records entering Week 13.
