No one gave the Philadelphia Eagles a chance at beating the New England Patriots on the road in Week 13, in fact, it was penciled in as a win by many. Somehow the Eagles did the improbable and shcoked the world, handing the New England Patriots their second loss of the season.

Now no matter how much Sam Bradford was fist pumping after converting that huge pass to Riley Cooper to get a new set of downs to seemingly ice the game, the defense and special teams won this game for the Eagles.

A blocked kick was returned by Najee Goode for a touchdown at the end of the second quarter. In the third quarter, Malcolm Jenkins returned a Tom Brady inteception 99 yards for a touchdown. Then, a few minutes later, Darren Sproles returned a punt 83 yards for a touchdown.

That being said, Bradford played rather well, completing 14 of 24 passes for 120 yards and two touchdowns. With the division as wide open as it is, the Eagles are very much still in play for the NFC East crown. If the Cowboys beat the Washington Redskins on Monday Night, the Eagles, Redskins and Giants will all be tied at 5-7 atop the NFC East.
. (5-7). Previous: . Philadelphia Eagles. 26. team. 54
