(4-8). . Baltimore Ravens. 31. team. 26.
The Baltimore Ravens are one of the worst teams in the National Football League. That will happen when you lose quarterback Joe Flacco to a torn ACL, running back Justin Forsett to a gruesomely broken arm, and outside linebacker and wide receiver Steve Smith each to a torn Achilles. Baltimore is sitting at 4-8 and might be lucky to win another game, with their final four contests being against the Seattle Seahawks, Kansas City Chiefs, Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals.

This has been nothing short of a nightmare season for Baltimore and its head coach John Harbaugh, who is looking at his second-string players just finsh out out the campaign. There needs to be an evaluation of the roster at the end of the season by general manager Ozzie Newsome, who must consider getting younger at multiple positions.

The Ravens have had a great run for the better part of the last 15 years, but at some point the building needs to be renovated. Baltimore has to consider which players are worth keeping around and who needs to be moved out of town. The Ravens might have a major facelift coming in the next few months and well into the spring.
