31.
Running the football is a New York Giants tradition that dates back decades. They’ve always been able to do it but for some reason its been a struggle the past couple years. The last time the franchise had a 1,000-yard rusher was 2012. That speaks to both bad blocking but also lack of talent at running back.

Steadily the team has gone from somebody like Tiki Barber to Brandon Jacobs and Ahmad Bradshaw to Rashad Jennings and Andre Williams. Though having some nice qualities, neither of those players have proven to have the complete package for making a legitimate three-down workhorse back.

That would change with C.J. Prosise. Buzz has picked up on this kid since he became the starter for the Irish. Though raw in several areas, he showcases the kind of size, athleticism and burst pro teams pine for from that position. He can be a decisive runner with good vision and a nose for the end zone along with capable hands for catching the ball out of the backfield. A complete back with high potential.
. RB. Notre Dame.
