Raptors center Bismack Biyombo and Mavericks center JaVale McGee both forgot how to play basketball momentarily.

Every now and then in the NBA, a play comes along that makes people scratch their head. Those plays usually end up on Shaqtin’ A Fool and live on forever in the blooper reels that play during timeouts at NBA arenas.

Toronto Raptors center Bismack Biyombo and Dallas Mavericks center JaVale McGee both created one of those plays that had everyone wondering if they even knew how to play basketball.

With Biyombo posting up McGee, Biyombo went to go up strong against his counterpart but somehow lost the ball without McGee ever touching him.

McGee then raised his hands wondering what had just happened, as it clearly wasn’t his defense that led to Biyombo losing the basketball.

Biyombo’s post move was absolutely terrible, but it’s McGee’s reaction to Biyombo losing the ball that makes the whole thing great. Rather than going after the loose ball, McGee thought it would be funnier to react to the incredibly bad play he had just witnessed.

Even when a bad play happens on the court, JaVale McGee isn’t safe from being dragged into it. As for Biyombo, he might want to work on his post game.
