Minnesota Vikings 7-Round Mock Draft

The Minnesota Vikings will look to fill needs in the 2016 NFL Draft in order to be a serious contender for the Super Bowl for the foreseeable future.
While the Minnesota Vikings are a young team on the rise, there are still many places where the team can look to improve. Some glaring holes on the team need to be fixed and free agency isn’t the answer to many of the questions left for the team.
The team will have to turn to the 2016 NFL Draft to bring in more talent for head coach Mike Zimmer to grow and develop. It may still be extremely early to be taking a look at some of the players who can help the Vikings take the next step toward being a Super Bowl caliber team or a regular contender for the NFC North Championship.
For the sake of this 7-round mock draft, it will be assumed that the Minnesota Vikings will be selecting around the #24 overall pick. This may not likely be their actual final draft position, but should give a good idea as to when the team will have their turn at the podium.
