Welcome back to the BAE Index.

Chris Bosh obliterated Andre Drummond

In a strange twist, the Miami Heat were the dunkiest team of the night. It was only a four-game slate, of course, but it’s still not something we’re used to seeing. We don’t normally see Chris Bosh putting guys on posters, either, but that’s just what he did to Andre Drummond on this night (h/t @MiamiHEAT):

And here’s the nice reverse angle:

Dwyane Wade turned back the clock

Heat dunks? Heat dunks! Dwyane Wade doesn’t have the same burst he used to have in those legs, but he can still summon the afterburners every now and then. Watch as he hits KCP with a mean crossover before finishing with the two-hander (via @MiamiHEAT):

Justise Winslow ended Ersan Ilyasova

Challenging a guy with a head of steam on his way to the bucket typically ends poorly for the offending defender. Odds are, you’re either going to foul him, he’s going to dunk all over you, or both. Ersan Ilyasova didn’t commit a foul on this play, but Justise Winslow humiliated him, anyway (h/t @MichaelSGallagher):

Andre Drummond gets his revenge

Drummond was the victim of that Bosh yam earlier in the game, and, apparently, he was pretty annoyed about it. He decided to exact his revenge by dropping this hammer right through Hassan Whiteside (h/t @DetroitPistons):

Bismack Biyombo submits his #Shaqtin entry

Bismack Biyombo had 20 rebounds last night, but he isn’t known for his prowess in the post. After watching this play, that’ll probably seem like quite the understatement. You know you’ve done something weird when JaVale McGee is shaking his head at you (via @ESPNNBA):

Larry Nance Jr. flew right over Joffrey Lauvergne

NANCE
NANCE /

Joffrey Lauvergne has shown flashes this season for the Nuggets, but Larry Nance, Jr. cares not for this. Nance, just like his Pops, has some serious springs in his legs. Unfortunately for Joffrey, Nance was putting those springs on full display Monday night in Denver (h/t @Lakers):

More Larry Nance fun

Nance played his college ball at nearby Wyoming, and he had a huge contingent of Wyomites/Wyomians/Wyomans? in Denver to watch him play last night. It appears as though he didn’t disappoint, as he decided to hold his own personal dunk contest (via @Lakers):
