The San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders will face off in a rivalry game on Christmas Eve.

The game between the San Diego Chargers and Oakland Raiders could potentially be featuring a lot of lasts. It will be the last home game for future Hall of Famer Charles Woodson, who is calling it a career after one of the greatest careers ever by a defensive back in the NFL.

It could also be the last time that the Chargers and Raiders square off representing their current cities. Not only that, but it could also be the last time that they face off as rivals, with one team potentially having to switch conferences if both teams end up in Los Angeles.

While neither team is going to the playoffs in 2015, the game between the two on Christmas Eve carries a lot of meaning.Neither team wants to lose their potential final game against each other as rivals. Both sides want to do whatever they can to beat the other.

The first time the two sides met in San Diego this season, the Raiders came out on top with a big win. With the Chargers season trending downward as they compete for a top pick, they come into the game as the underdogs against an Oakland team that is showing tremendous signs of growth, after a decade-plus of ineptitude.

The Chargers will have to play with the spirit and passion that they did on Sunday, when they were potentially playing in their final game at San Diego.

If they bring that energy, they will have a chance against the Raiders, but Charles Woodson is going to make sure that he goes out on top in his final home game as a Raider.

Expect Woodson to have an interception or maybe two, to lead his team to a big emotional home finale against San Diego. The Chargers meanwhile will have to look in the mirror and figure out how to turn things around going into next season.

Pick: Oakland 27, San Diego 17
