Von Miller gives his teammates underwear and alcohol for Christmas
Denver Broncos outside linebacker Von Miller gave his teammates some Christmas gifts.
Von Miller may or may not be the person that someone would want as a secret Santa.
Miller, who was in the giving mood this holiday season, decided to shower his teammates with strange gifts for Christmas. According to ESPN’s Jeff Legwold, Miller decided to buy each of his teammates the gifts that keeps on giving every year: underwear and alcohol.
"“I’m Santa Claus, I just accept that,” Miller said with a smile Thursday.Miller, who is scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent at season’s end, gave each of his teammates underwear and a bottle of whiskey."
While the underwear and alcohol might seem like a strange combination, Miller decided to go into full detail about the usefulness of giving underwear this holiday season.
"While that may seem like an odd combination, Miller said the underwear is useful “because it increases blood flow to the area” and that “everybody can use some underwear for Christmas.”"
As for the alcohol, Miller had custom labels made with signature and a message on them, which told the players about what an honor it is to play alongside them.
Miller is set to be an unrestricted free agent after the season, and he will have just about every team lined up at his door to pay him a lot of money, should the Broncos decide not to use the franchise tag.
If this should be his final Christmas in Denver, he wanted to make sure that he left his teammates with the finest of gifts, underwear and alcohol.
